Building automations in ZOLLO.

Design branching automation workflows on a visual canvas, from a trigger through conditions, waits, and actions.

    Start with a trigger

    Choose what starts the workflow: a manual trigger, a new contact, a tag being added, or a lead score change.

    Add conditions, waits, and actions

    Build branching logic with condition nodes that check lead score, status, consent, company, industry, or tags, wait nodes with a delay in minutes, and action nodes that add or remove a tag, update lead score, or send a template email.

    Insert steps anywhere

    Click any connection line on the canvas to insert a new condition, wait, or action into the middle of an existing workflow.

    Save and activate

    Save your workflow as a draft, preview how it will run, then activate it when you are ready to go live.

    Run manually or review history

    Enroll a single contact, list, or segment on demand from the Run automation panel, and review past runs with their step by step results.
