Connecting providers in ZOLLO.

Bring your own email sending provider, verify your domain, and connect an AI provider for the template composer.

    Open Deliverability

    Provider and domain connections live on the Deliverability page in your workspace sidebar.

    Connect an email provider

    Choose Own SMTP, Resend, Amazon SES SMTP, Mailgun, Postmark, or SendGrid. For SMTP, use the guided presets for Google Workspace and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, GoDaddy, or enter custom SMTP settings.

    Verify your sending domain

    Add your domain and check its DNS records directly from the DNS record table to confirm SPF, DKIM, and other requirements are set up correctly.

    Connect an AI provider

    Add your OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini API key to power the template composer, and set a default AI provider for your workspace.

  5. 5

    Test and manage providers

    Send a test email from any connected provider, change your default provider, or remove a connection at any time.
