Building segments in ZOLLO.

Combine rules to target precise audiences, preview matches live, and review overlap and engagement before you send.

    Build your rules

    Use Add rule or Add group to build conditions. Choose Match All or Match Any, and nest rule groups for more complex logic.

    Pick a field and comparator

    Fields include name, email, company, industry, country, tags, lead score, status, consent, source, and activity dates. Comparators change by field type, for example contains for text, is at least for numbers, and is any of for tags.

    Preview matches live

    ZOLLO shows how many contacts match your current rules as you build them, so you can refine before saving.

  4. 4

    Save and reuse the segment

    Save the segment, then select it as the audience for any campaign.

  5. 5

    Review segment insights

    Open Segment Insights to see segment size, an overlap heatmap showing shared contacts against your other segments, and sent, open rate, and click rate for each segment.
